Kizito Mgbajiaka is an internationally trained lawyer with more than two decades of legal expertise. He holds both an LL.B and an LL.M from the University of Jos in Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

After relocating to Canada, Kizito broadened his professional foundation by completing a diploma in Immigration Consulting and earning his National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Certificate of Qualification in 2024. He completed his articles with us at EO Law, gaining experience across multiple practice areas before being called to the Alberta Bar in 2025.
